We target lender owned assets, construction note default-properties and distressed-subdivision projects. Having been through three real estate cycles, we know the pitfalls, the work out strategies and precautionary tactics to underwrite and execute the right project plan.
Oxbow and its affiliate companies currently have six projects to highlight our success in the current real estate cycle, one which the business plan was fully executed within a twelve month period. In addition to the projects currently owned, we are negotiating the purchase of four new projects.
